From shaping the vision for global analytics with executives at a Global 10 automotive manufacturer to developing AI-driven healthcare solutions for inFormed Consent, I thrive on building connections that optimize outcomes.

At inFormed Consent, I’ve focused on more than just solving technical challenges—I’ve developed a cohesive platform that brings together AI, patient interaction, and physician workflows into a seamless consent process. By thinking beyond individual features, I’ve been able to craft a comprehensive system that simplifies the consent process for patients while minimizing risks for healthcare providers. My work has not only shaped our product but also expanded our patent portfolio, focusing on unifying technology and human-centered design.

At Playfair Data, I didn’t just implement design solutions—I worked closely with executives to think big and bring together disconnected analytics tools into a cohesive global system. I led the effort to develop a design system that aligned the business objectives of a Global 10 automotive client with user needs, ensuring that each part of the system worked together seamlessly. This unified approach was key to driving user adoption and platform efficiency, helping Playfair Data become one of the INC 5000 fastest-growing bootstrapped analytics companies.

At Five, my focus was on creating strategies that pulled together diverse elements—whether it was user feedback, business goals, or product requirements—into unified, impactful solutions. I worked on projects like the Step Up Your Game mobile app, where I combined athletic progress tracking with communication tools for coaches, creating a cohesive platform for youth athletes. My experience leading concept development on IoT projects taught me how to weave separate technological innovations into a unified product experience, such as bedtime storytelling devices for kids.

User Experience Consultant 2017 -– 2019
As a consultant, I specialized in transforming disjointed elements into cohesive solutions. My work for Water.org, in collaboration with IDEO, was a prime example of how I brought together design thinking, micro-lending concepts, and technological innovation into a single mobile app. Additionally, my community outreach projects in Kansas City unified design thinking and local engagement to create meaningful, long-lasting programs. For Intuit, I developed a series of analytical tools that pulled together fragmented data sources into a cohesive, user-friendly system for tracking website metrics.

Hallmark Cards 2010 – 2017
At Hallmark, my ability to bring together multiple design processes was instrumental in launching the Hallmark Home product line. Overseeing a 40-designer team, I unified diverse product categories—textiles, tabletop decor, and gifts—into a cohesive collection that defined Hallmark’s home decor presence. My leadership extended beyond product design to on-site development, where I trained my team and worked directly with factories in India, China, and the Philippines, ensuring that each step of the production process aligned with the overarching vision.
